I'm an amateur video shooter and want to collect revenues for sharing my original stuff on the web. It would be fun to have people distribute my comic stuff previews, but I'm just wondering...
Can I safeguard my intellectual property and prove ownership of my personal videos?
Is there a means for me to trace popularity of my material on the web and spot copies of my work through P2P?

Jonathan S., Birmingham

I'm a creative director and seek to promote my video work to producers and media industry. I'd like to publicize through a web site or an online fun-club, but what happens if unauthorized upload of my content occurs in YouTube and the others?
How can I secure this material, prohibit infringement and maybe make some profit out of my original shoot?
If I distribute my videos over the web, can I prevent others from uploading them on different sites and receiving credits instead of me?
